Flavours Menu

Our cakes come in a variety of flavours and fillings. Although we do classic combinations we allow our clients to be creative in their choice of cake and filling combinations. A neutral flavour like vanilla goes well with many fillings such as chocolate, caramel or strawberry. Cake flavours can be mixed and matched to form a unique cake combination.  The list of flavours below is not exhaustive. If you would like a flavour that we don’t have, we would happy to create that for you.

    Vanilla:

A rich vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and berry conserve ( strawberry or rasberry)

Lemon sponge

filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd.

Coconut Lemon cake

Coconut sponge cake drizzled with lemon or syrup filled with lemon  buttercream

Rich Chocolate Cake

                                      filled with chocolate ganache

            Chocolate Orange cake:

Chocolate sponge drizzled with orange syrup filled with orange buttercream

Chocolate Mint:

Chocolate sponge drizzled with mint syrup filled with chocolate mint buttercream

             Speculoos Cake:

       Caramel sponge filled with speculoos buttercream and caramel sauce

  Red velvet cake

       filled with classic cream cheese icing or white chocolate buttercream

 Carrot cake *(contains nuts)

             filled with cream cheese icing

Coffee Cake

Drizzled with coffee syrup and filled with coffee buttercream and chopped walnuts (optional)

Rich Fruit Cake

                A full on moist and dark fruit cake packed with a variety dried fruits and nuts

    Light fruit cake

A lighter version of a fruit cake

 

Free from cakes 

Vegan  and gluten free options are also available to order with a complementing free from filling

Vegan cakes are also available to order with a complementing vegan filling. Some of our vegan flavours available include Vanilla, Chocolate and red velvet.
